Russian Prison Warden In Kherson Wounded In Car Bombing
Ukrainian partisans made an assassination attempt on the life of a local prison warden who had agreed to work with the Russian occupation authorities. He was wounded but is reportedly alive.
It doesn't look like Russian efforts to win the hearts and minds of Kherson's citizens is going very well. JL

Ukrainians attempted to assassinate Yevhen Soboliev, the director
of Pivnich correctional facility No. 3, who has gone over to the side of
the occupiers. His car was blown up on Admiral Seniavin Avenue in Kherson. The blast shattered windows in neighbouring houses and damaged trees in the street. It has been confirmed that he was wounded and is now in hospital, but his life is not in danger. The occupiers say this was done by Ukrainian partisans.
A car belonging to the collaborator Yevhen Soboliev, the director of a correctional facility, has been blown up on Admiral Seniavin Avenue in Kherson. The occupiers say this was done by Ukrainian partisans.

According to the media, an explosive device attached to a tree was detonated on the car. The driver survived.
The Russians claimed this was a terrorist attack carried out by Ukrainian partisans.
