Defense Express reports:
US General David Petraeus, Commander of U.S Central Command (2008-10) and Director of the US Central Intelligence Agency (2011-12) said what Ukraine has done to overcome the realities of being heavily outnumbered and heavily outgunned is impressive. The general emphasized that Ukraine’s development in the field of technology allows it to limit Russia’s gains on the frontline every day and that the Russians really have begun to run out of tanks. "What  Ukraine has done in these circumstances is nothing short of miracles. It has been a long time since the Russians achieved anything significant on the long front line."

Ukraine continues to develop advanced technologies that are literally not used anywhere else in the world, and this is the future of warfare

What Ukraine has done to overcome the realities of being heavily outnumbered, heavily outgunned is again fussily impressive. This transformation of how war is being formed against led by Ukraine. By the way, the russians are inraines well. They are very good at electronic warfare, jamming, air defense and all the rest... But Ukraine continues to develop very cutting age technologies that literally are not employed anywhere else in the world, and this is the future of warfare,” he said.

The general emphasized that Ukraine’s development in the field of technology allows it to limit russia’s gains on the frontline every day.

"How the country that has no Navy sink third of russian Black see fleet and forced the final ship with a russian color to withdraw from this occupied port of Sevastopol?" he stressed.

General Petraeus is confident that Ukraine will continue its steady progress on drones, and he also stressed the huge losses russia is suffering. In addition, he said, economic sanctions against the Kremlin "are beginning to bite" and need to be strengthened.

He stressed that now the russian federation is forced to bring 10 thousand North Korean soldiers, who it uses, essentially, just as human cannon fodder, and in fact on the front lines the russians realy have begun run out of tanks and some other systems.

"They don’t even use them near the front because they are getting knocked so quickly by Ukrainian drones and anti-armor systems. And so they are literally fighting infantry soldiers advancing a block or two in a day. Now that is not really sureing I wish they would even achieving that kind of progress on a daily bases. But, at the end of the day, what Ukraine has done in these circumstances is nothing short of miracles," Petraeus said.

He said it had been a long time since the russians had achieved anything significant on the long front line.
