The headquarters of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in Kherson oblast was destroyed, along with a Pantsir-S1 self-propelled anti-aircraft missile system. Russia suffered a devastating loss of 100 security service officers killed or wounded in the Ukrainian "Armageddon" hit on the Putin spy headquarters. The attack was carried out by drones from Kyiv's SBU security service triggering explosions that destroyed one multi-story building and several others. The Russian Pantsir-S1 system deployed to protect the center - which is the same system used to guard Putin’s multiple palaces - failed to halt the strike and was itself destroyed.
The Alpha Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine carried out a successful operation in the occupied territory of Ukraine.

Footage appears to show the Ukrainian "Armageddon" hit on the Putin spy headquarters in the occupied Kherson.
The attack was carried out by drones from Kyiv's SBU security service triggering dramatic explosions and destroying a multi-storey building and several others.
Volodymyr Zelensky hailed the results of the strike. He said: "A headquarters of Russian FSB officers was struck and a Pantsir-S1 air defence system was destroyed in our temporarily occupied territory."
"Thanks to this operation alone, Russian losses amount to around 100 occupiers killed and wounded. The Russians must feel that they have to end this war of theirs."
He vowed more strikes deep into Putin’s territory if the Kremlin refuses to talk peace. "Ukrainian medium- and long-range sanctions will continue to work," he said.
Telegram channel Ukraine Context dubbed the attack "carpet bombing" of the FSB HQ in Kherson region.
"Result: around 100 Russians — killed and wounded. Operation carried out by the SBU’s Alpha unit. Simply Armageddon."
The famed Russian Pantsir-S1 system - used to guard Putin’s multiple palaces - failed to halt the strike and was itself reportedly destroyed.
Ukraine's military and political leadership emphasizes that such operations demonstrate the inevitability of losses for the aggressor and that russia must realize the need to end the war it started. Ukraine's medium- and long-range "sanctions", meaning precision strikes on enemy rear targets, are expected to continue.There was no initial response from Russian sources to the strike.
