North Korean POW Reports His Unit Annihilated By Ukrainians Near Kursk
Multiple sources are reporting that the first North Korean troops have already engaged in combat with Ukrainian forces in Kursk oblast - and that the initial encounter did not go well for the Koreans.
A wounded North Korean POW says he is the only survivor of his 40 man unit. He reported a lack of prior intelligence, and poor supplies, a problem endemic to Russian units at the front. He also said, as many had suspected, that the North Koreans were used as decoys by the Russians and that the Ukrainians annihilated them. JL
Defense Express reports:
In a published video, a wounded soldier from North Korea says that their 40-man unit was sent to fight Ukrainians without proper support. "There were 40 of us, but all are dead. I am left alone, I have nothing to lose. The Russians rushed us to attack. The enemy covered us with artillery and drones. The Russians did not provide us with anything. They threw us into an assault without prior intelligence, without ammunition, without normal weapons. The Ukrainians have great combat technologies that the Russians do not have. We were used as bait. It is not a war, it is a slaughter."

"This is a real 'meat grinder'," Korean survivor describes battle with Ukrainian Forces. "There were about 40 of us, but all are dead. I am left alone, I have nothing to lose. The russians rushed us to attack. The enemy covered us with artillery and drones. Baba Yaga is a demon from hell," the man in the video said.
According to him, his relatives died very quickly. "My brothers Kim and Minho died instantly. Kim's head was blown up and I was hiding under their bodies," North Korean soldier told.
The man says that the russians gave them false promises.
"The russians promised that we would build fortifications and guard the objects, but they sent us on an assault in the Kursk region. The Ukrainians killed everyone. The blame for their death lies with the russian army and President Putin. He deceived our Great Leader, Kim Jong Un. This is a real 'meat grinder'. There was no such thing in 50 years," says the Korean in the video.
According to the man's story, his grandfather used to talk about the war, but "this war is a real hell."

Also, a North Korean military addressed the russian president. "President Putin, your army is weak and will lose this war. My brothers died because of the chaos in your army. It is not a war, it is a slaughter."
This is a harsh reminder of the horrors of war, where the lives of soldiers are often treated as expendable, with little Block Blast regard for their humanity. My thoughts are with those who suffer the most in this senseless conflict.

I recall discussing the strategic blunders in Baseball Bros with friends, and now seeing the North Korean troops' ill-fated encounter in Ukraine, it's striking how poor planning can lead to similar outcomes in both virtual baseball and real-world conflicts.
I recall discussing the geopolitical implications of such scenarios with fellow gamers at Dreamy Room, where we often took breaks from solving puzzles to debate the real-world consequences of international conflicts like this one.

That war really haunted many people, and until now many Ukrainians still cannot forget their relatives who died under the smashy road Russian army.
